And I also want to tell you something, it's okay to be scared and what you're feeling is completely okay and typical in situations like this, but... You have to allow yourself to experience real, genuine rest, not the rest that has a "push-through" quality to it, nor a "pull-yourself-up-by-the-bootstraps" quality either, but the kind that comes from letting your body rest, to allow yourself a break each time you do something hard, and to allow yourself to physically and emotionally release whatever you're feeling before you're ready to get back up and to carry on.
